Wow, I am truly disappointed with our Justice System.  The Personal Protection and Affordability Health Care Act (Known as Obamacare) has been upheld.  I agree that some of the provisions are a step towards affordable Health Care, but in the long run, this is going to cost us more and impact the group of individuals that Mr. Obama is trying to help.  All you "middle class" individuals that voted for this "genious", you are getting what you deserved, more taxation and more government involvement.  I for one say leave the states soverign like they are suppose to be Mr. Big Brother! (Read George Orwell's "1984")  That is where we are headed the more the government controls more aspects of our lives. 

Lets talk a bit about some of these provisions in Obamacare.  One part of the plan prevents Insurance companies from denying you coverage on a preexisting condition.  It was upheld, as it should have been.  Why should a Insurance company deny you coverage when most likely reason you switched in the first place is because your company that you work for changed insurers.  There is a "ah duh" moment.

Provision: All US citizens will be required to purchase health care coverage or pay a "penalty".  Yes, congress has the right to impose taxes, but I for one believe that the work TAX has to be used if the Government thinks we should pay them for a service that we are not using.  This is a penalty and who is to say that most people will pay it if they decide not to enroll in Health Care?  How is the IRS going to regulate that?  What, are they going to have a little box on your 1040 that says check "yes" if you have Health Insurance and "No" if you do not.  If you check no go to box B and pay your tax.  What person in their right mind is going to check no.  This is why our elected officials should not be allowed to be a lawyer by degree since most are career politicians, they can't say they are career lawyers.  Yet another subject that is sore...2 TERM LIMITS not LIFETIMERS!  You know who you are!

Provision: All Americans are required to have health care.  Yes, just perfect.  Health Insuance is not a right, you are not entitled to it.  It is not a social service like Medicaid, Food Stamps, ect...HIC's are not a Not for Profit company therefore NOT an entitlement.  Just like that Bank you have your account with, they provide a service.  I don't come to your place of work and demand free stuff.  So don't ask that of a private company. 

I was watching on the NBC nightly news where one of the reporters were at a hospital talking with the doctors.  On comment made was that hospitals will likely see a decrease in patients without health care since they are now required to have it so they will also see a PCP instead.  I just don't see that happening.  The whole reason people go to the hospital is so that they can get FREE health care and shaft the hospital of the bill.  People are still going to do that even if they have Health Insurance. 

Too bad our Supreme Court is appointed for life.  I would oust quite a few of them.  They use and abuse the law so that they can push their own agenda.  Justice Roberts was just looking to hammer the commerce clause.  He could have cared less about Obamacare.  He makes quite a bit of money as well as has the Governments health plan which is far better than what us middle class people carry.  They pay their 25 dollar copay and nothing more.  We have the insurance company tell our PCP what he can charge and then we foot the bill up to our 5500 dollar decuctible.  How is that affordable.  The premium we pay monthly may be less, but the charges even out in the end.  Espeically if you are using your HDHP.  And don't feed me that Bull about getting a health savings.  That still takes money out of my pocket.

What a bunch of fools we have running this country that could care less about their constiutents.  Once they are elected who cares for the next few years until an election year approaches.  I think we should push so that all of congress and the self righteous president have the same HDHP and shitty care that we as citizens are given.  Mr. Preso has his own doctor on staff.  How about he go to a PCP and wait in the waiting room just like we have to. 

Guess it is time to move to Canada!
